Our outline planning applications seek the principle of development and includes a high-level parameter plan setting out land uses, movements and building heights. The applications include an Environmental Statement covering environmental impacts and supporting reports showing that our proposals meet environmental standards covering key matters such as Transport, Ecology, Landscape and Flood Risk.
